London Borough of Croydon’s partnership with Clear Futures focuses on developing long-term sustainable outcomes for the area. Clear Futures’ involvement centres around helping the council to rationalise their estate, enabling cost savings and ultimately sustaining statutory and other important services and facilities into the future. In reviewing assets across the borough and developing option appraisals, we will ensure the council’s iconic built assets will be used most efficiently.
