Strategic partnership: Durham County Council

Clear Futures and Durham County Council have been working together since 2021. Initially, the partnership has centred around delivering a project that will provide much-needed space for thriving science and technology companies in the North East, creating 250 highly skilled STEM jobs, and supporting 2,200 more through the local supply chain. Moving forward, we will explore the opportunities to strategically decarbonise the council estate.

Clear Futures has provided strategic support for the development of North East Technology Park (NETPark), one of the UK’s top science, engineering and technology parks for innovative and potentially high-growth STEM businesses on their journey from concept to commercialisation.
